Binghatti was established in 2008 by Hussain Binghatti, Muhammad Binghatti, and Ahmed Binghatti.

The company has developed real estate projects in areas such as Business Bay, Al Jaddaf, Downtown Dubai, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Jumeirah Village Circle, Liwan, and Dubai Residential Complex, with a total investment exceeding DH 40 billion.
